VOO369 Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
VOO369 is operated by Dynamo Contracting LLC.
At VOO369, privacy is a core principle.
VOO369 is designed to give members control over their digital identity, their profile, their network, and the information they choose to share.
We collect and process information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support VOO369. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Your Public VOO
Members control the information they choose to publish through their VOO.
Published VOOs and published Sides may be accessible to anyone who receives or visits the corresponding public link.
Search-engine indexing is off by default. Members can opt in or turn it off in Settings for their published VOO and Sides. Search engines control whether and when they honor indexing requests or remove earlier results. This preference is not access control and does not prevent anyone with a public link from viewing or copying published information.
Members should not publish information they do not want others to see.
Private account information, private analytics, billing information, referral records, and private VOO Network information are not intended for public display.
VOO Network and Referral Information
When someone visits VOO369 through a member's personal referral link or QR code and later creates an account, VOO369 may associate that account with the referring member for referral, VOO Network, VOO Points, or VOO Spark purposes.
My VOO Network is intended to be private to the account owner.
VOO369 does not intend to reveal another member's private information merely because that person joined through a referral.
Network displays should contain only appropriate public identity information and safe referral-status information.
VOO369 does not operate VOO Network as a public follower count, public popularity score, or public referral tree.
VOO Impact and Analytics
VOO369 may collect activity information to help members understand whether their VOO is creating meaningful engagement.
This may include:
- profile views;
- QR scans;
- referral-link visits;
- repeat visits;
- Save Contact activity;
- Add VOO activity;
- outbound link clicks;
- VOO Perk interactions;
- Side visits;
- Share My VOO actions;
- Share VOO369 actions;
- attributed signups;
- published referred VOOs;
- qualified referrals.
These metrics are primarily intended to provide private insights to the account owner and improve the service.
Anonymous visitors should not be identified to a member merely because they viewed or scanned a VOO.
Payments
VOO369 uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, for paid subscriptions and related payment activity.
Complete payment-card information is handled by the payment provider rather than being stored directly in the VOO369 application database where the current architecture does not require it.
Payment providers process information under their own privacy and legal obligations.
Authentication
VOO369 uses third-party authentication services, including Clerk, to create and protect accounts.
Authentication providers may process information needed to:
- verify identity;
- authenticate users;
- provide recovery;
- provide email-code, MFA, passkey, password, biometric-device, or other supported authentication methods;
- prevent unauthorized access.
Passkeys and Device Authentication
If a member enables a passkey, authentication may use technologies such as Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, a device PIN, hardware security key, or compatible password manager.
VOO369 does not receive the member's fingerprint, facial biometric template, or device PIN from the device merely because a passkey is used.
Those credentials remain managed by the device, operating system, authenticator, or credential provider.
Service Providers
VOO369 may use trusted providers for functions including:
- hosting;
- infrastructure;
- authentication;
- payment processing;
- storage;
- analytics;
- communications;
- monitoring;
- security.
Providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their services and subject to their applicable obligations.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
VOO369 does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We also do not intend to turn a member's private VOO Network into a public advertising profile merely to increase engagement.
Security
VOO369 uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and service information.
These may include:
- encrypted connections;
- authentication controls;
- server-side authorization;
- secure payment processing;
- access restrictions;
- event validation;
- abuse and fraud protections.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Members are also responsible for protecting their devices and authentication methods.
Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide VOO369;
- maintain account and subscription records;
- operate referral and network systems;
- protect the service;
- comply with financial, tax, or legal obligations;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
